Are sporadic helpers needed?

I've got a question. Do you need sporadic helpers? And if you do, how many ways are there to help you guys from time to time?

I mean for those of us who can't translate or program (in my case I know the basics for both, but it's useless), we can be beta-testers when a patch is released, but I was wondering if there's any other thing we can do (maybe some routine task which doesn't require a lot of skill, or any other thing). Since I have free time and all.

As far as i know we need Beta-testers and someone to make a website.
